The latest conspiracy theory fodder to come out of the world of Kate Middleton truthers involves an innocuous editor’s note added to the video of her cancer diagnosis announcement.

Last month, the palace released a video of Middleton sitting on a bench, speaking to the camera about her cancer diagnosis and treatment. Since then, armchair internet sleuths have taken a mental microscope to the setting, her outfit, her appearance, and anything else that might shed light on where it was recorded or when.
